Daily script of my daily habits: Monday – Saturday


 Sleeping 1.00 PM
 Wake Up 8.00 AM
 One Cup of Water
 Watering plants - Deep breaths (5 minutes)
 Read 5 pages (Compound Effect)

3 Hours a day for achieving Three major goals

 Job work
 Learn something new (to determine later)
 Learn French – English

10 min a day for thinking


Asking powerful and deep questions about my lifestyle and
what can I improve, what are the habits that I should get rid of
immediately and change them.

Sunday
Relax (No computer – No Phone – No Tv), Practice sport for 30 minutes then take a shower.

 Go for a walk
 Get a banana juice

Business Side: Month 7 is for Thinking;


Developing a High-income skill;

Develop talking head videos – Ability to use perfectly my body language ( eye contact … )
