10 THINGS TO DO TO START AN AMAZING DAY

1. Unleash The Beauty, Not The Beast • Don't have time to work out/go to gym? No problem.
o Don't need to do much, do need to do something
• Practice 3 SIMPLE things immediately on getting out of
bed to get into a positive mindset: • While your coffee/tea brews, or oatmeal cooks:
