Money Lending Agreement

Clauses:

1. Mr. Mohammad Nazmul Saqib is lending interest free EUR 600 (Euro
six hundred only) to Mr. ______________________.
2. The money is lent as cash and will have to be returned in cash form.
3. The aforementioned amount is to be lent for 04 (four) months only,
which starts from 14 October, 2019 at 01:00pm and ends on 14
February, 2019 at 01:00pm.
4. The aforementioned amount is due to be returned back before 15
February, 2019 at 01:00pm with no further extension of either in date
or time.
5. Failing to return the money before 15 February, 2019 at 01:00pm
would result in a penalty of PLN 200 (Polish zloty two hundred only)
over the original amount. It means, if the borrower doesn't return EUR
600 before 15 February, 2019 01:00pm, he would have to pay EUR
600 plus an additional PLN 200 to the lender.
