Tell something about yourself.

My name is Richard Ladores, I finished my study in neuva ecija university and technology. My first job was
project engineer with datem incorporated until i was promoted to site manager to project manager, My
second company is es Thompson builders as project manager and my last company is sapphire pte lte in
Singapore as project manager.

Tell something about your experience.

I have more than 9 years of experience in building and structure development and project management. I
handle all position like concrete engineer, rebar engineer, qaqc manager, site manager to project manager.

What is your most important accomplishment to date?

I think my most important accomplishment is all my finished project here in Philippines and also in
Singapore.

Why did you choose this career?

Because this is my fashion and also my dream since I was a child.

What goals do you have in your career?

To be one of the most successful civil engineers

Yes, as a project manager you need to be a team player.

I think when I handle more than 10 subcontractors, then they do not do their job well

Yes, specially on timeline of the project but I handle it well.
