1. Tell me a little bit about yourself. Can you pls introduce yourself?
Nice to meet you, Sir. Thank you for giving me this opportunity to be
interviewed here today. I am Oke Kar Min. I finished Bachelor degree in
Mechanical Engineering. I have over 2 year working experience in Sales and
Service field.
I can control customer relationship.
I can negotiate to win the sales.
I can support technical solution for customer.
As I am the one who always try to improve my professional skill, I have already
finished in International Business Administration.

2. How do you know about our company/us?

Being an active jobseeker, I am always looking for the job opportunities that is
suited to my ability and skill. When I visit the job street website, I found your
company information so I applied this position.

o I am difficult to say ‘No’ when my friends or colleagues request me
for a help. At the end, I was overloaded. That is my weakness sir. I am so
afraid to say “No”.

o I am hardworking, trustworthy, humble and self-motivated person. I
am serious on my duties and responsibilities.

9. What will you be in the next five year?

o In the next five year, I believe I will become a skillful and proficient
site engineer. As a loyal and trustworthy employee, I could bring positive and

12.What do you think you could do better or different?
o Holding master degree in this related field plus my over 10 year
working experience in sale and service field make me the unique one
among the competitors. I am fluent in English for communication,
being trustworthy and so passionate on technical supporting to the team,
I promise I can bring better, innovative and productive result for the
benefit of your business.

13.Share a challenge or conflit that you faced in your previous job?

In my previous job, my team manager always assigns multiple
tasks to be finished in a short period. At first, I am the one who
complete the tasks slowly and steady, so it is difficult for me to
finish all the tasks in a short time. But I always want myself to
take a challenge on it. I try my best to perform my best in the
work. I finally got the habit of doing multiple tasks in my
previous job. Yeap that is kind of the challenge that I faced in
my previous job.

I am the one who concentrate a lot on my job. I sometimes
become stress out when the tasks are near the deadlines. It is
difficult for me to reduce my stress. That become my challenge
and I overcome it finally.

14.what kind of working environment do you prefer?

I prefer such kind of working environment which is challenging, and
which can bring me to upgrade my professional skill and career
improvement. I want to work in a safe place Sir.

15.Have you ever exercised about leadership or initiative at your work?

Yes, I have. In previous job, I was assistant project leader. One day
the senior project leader took leave for a week because of the health
problem. I was responsible for the whole project, I had to assign the tasks to
 the individual member, I did labor management and time management and
the schedule as well. I performed my best as a temporary team leader. I got
praise from my senior and our general manager as well

16.What are you passionate about outside of the work?

o Outside of the work, I am passionate to learn new languages, reading
books and exploring new things.

17.Do you have any questions for us?

I have four questions Sir.
o The first one is can you pls let me know my detail job scope.
o The second one is what kind of working culture in your company, 5
days
a week or 6 days a week.
o The third one is do you have in-job training programs.
o The last one is let me know is there any orientation session for me
if I have to start my duties in your organization.

18. Why did you decide to leave your current job?

o I decided to leave my current job because I already have a plan to go
to Singapore to look for job opportunities. So I take a break from my
job for my document preparation.
o My company stops investment here in Myanmar. We have no new
projects. It is better for me to decide to leave from my job.
19.What is your expected salary?
o My expected salary is 2500 in Singapore dollar. It is negotiable one
Sir.
20. Would you able to work with WP in our company?
o No Sir. I want S pass. Could you please apply S pass for me? I have a
bachelor degree and relevant working experience in local company. If you
consider me to apply S pass, it would be a great pleasure to start my career
