HOW TO PLAN YOUR DAY

1. A REASONABLE wakeup and bedtime. It Is absolutely crucial that you get as much sleep as you need to function optimally, not just 'barely enough' sleep.

2. Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner. Remember, cooking and dishes take time, too!

3. Self-care (shower, exercise, personal hygiene, etc.).

4. Time for reviewing First Aid, Rx Bricks, and other written materials, such as Goljan, textbooks, etc.

5. Time for questions. If you want to cover a certain NUMBER of questions during the Crunch Month, see the next page for a questions-per-day calculator

6. Time for going over questions.

7. Periodic half-hour breaks. Remember, studying > 2 hours nonstop may cause mental fatigue and inefficient studying - depending on your attention span!

8. When you've accounted for all of the hours in your full study day, consider using the Rx Study Planner to plan your day, hour by hour. For many people, a routine keeps the studying manageable and predictable.

9. Move on to the next worksheet titled "Monthly"
