to negativity because when people don’t have
knowledge or information which they feel they need so
the result of productivity or production will be low.
Moreover When employees perceive that there
is favoritism in how they are treated by
management, a sense of unfairness creeps in.
Favoritism breeds resentment, destroys employee
morale, and creates disincentives for good
performance. so this will definitely harm the
performance of an organization.

effect; leaders feel competent and can efficiently
influence employee performance; happy and skilled
workers create job satisfaction, commitment and

not sustainable policy regarding the medical and
educational facility due to this a lot of employees
can’t avail these two facilities so according to this
problem there should be a strong policy so people
can easily avail these two facilities.If employees
avail the medical facilities. following are the benefits
which an employee can get through the facility
