biography
Jacob Ludwig Karl Grimm was born on 4th January 1785, and his brother, Wilhelm
Karl Grimm was born on 24th February 1786. They were born in Hanau, Hessen
(Germany). Jacob Ludwig Karl Grimm. Died September 20th, 1863. In Berlin,
Germany. Wilhelm Karl Grimm. Died December 16th, 1859, Berlin, Germany.

Education and Occupation.


Both brothers worked in a library when they were about the age of 20th and before they
turned 30th they were already writers known for their writing and writing. They studied
law at the University of Marburg (1802-1806). They were university professors in
Kassel and Gottingen. They were fired in 1837.

Significant life events:


At 20th years of age, Jacob worked as a librarian and Wilhelm as secretary of the
library.
In 1825 Wilhelm married Henriette Dortchen Wild and they had 4children. Jacob
never married.

 King: father of the seven brothers.
 Stepmother: the evil witch.
 King: Miss's husband she found in the forest.
 Baby: son of the sister of the six swans and the king.

Argument:
 The story of the six swans is a family story.
 They were six older brothers and a younger sister.
 The witch turned the brothers into swans.
 The only way to reverse this situation would be for the sister not to speak for
six years and make a shirt for each one.
 The princess threw her shirts and became her brothers.
 The princess told the prince what has happened and the prince ordered that her
stepmother be burned.
 The princess lived happily with her husband, her brothers.

Time and context:


Context: this story was narrator in a forest near the town, where there was also a
kingdom.
Time: never change the characters are always the same.
