A “MANIKCHAND FOOD PRODUCT”

1.0 SCOPE OF THE PROJECT IN THE AREA OF OPERATION


We are currently in the operation of manufacturing starches from maize wide
Production Certificate No: 112021486188320301 issued by DISTRICT
TRADE & INDUSTRIES CENTRE, BALOD. Moreover we are planning to
diversify the product line by entering in the process of manufacturing the Raw
rice with the proposed investment.
The availability of raw material in the area is sufficient; however the
government also provides the raw material (Paddy) and takes back the
finished goods (Rice). Number of existing rice mills with their processing
capacity, demand of paddy for consumption purpose and seeds etc.
The Annual capacity of the proposed plan would be 14,400 M.T. assuming
one shift operation of 8 hours for 300 days.

4.0 PROJECT IMPLMENTATION SCHEDULE
It is expected that the project is completed within 3 month after sanction of
financial assistance.

The mill will require approximately 9 staff out of them 7 are currently
employed and will require 2 staff to be recruited.

3. Objectives of the partnership firm:
 To promote Cooperation among members.
 To process paddy purchased from grower members as well as non-
grower members and add value to benefit the members.
 To create suitable market for the finished products of grower members and
to ensure remunerative prices to improve their financial position.
4. To help and guide the grower members by providing them technical guidance
by agricultural officers and providing seeds, organic fertilizers, pesticide etc.
