 HANDICRAFT
A .How and why the content was chosen
First of all me and two of friends Tuhin and Azizur we made our group .Then we
seated together and discuss about our topic .And we also open a group in
messenger and discuss there to select our topic .After discussing we have
selected handicraft as our topic.
Handicraft is very important because represents our culture and tradition. It
promotes the heritage of a country through the use of indigenous materials and it
preserves traditional knowledge and talents. Handicraft is the expression of our
history and I think we must encourage artisans to continue the craft production to
show the beauty of this Art .So, that’s why we choose this topic.

B. Personal contribution within the team

After choosing our topic .we decide that we should go to national museum for
collect information about handicraft. So, I went to the national museum .The day
was Saturday. I went there by Uber bike .And reached there by 3.15 pm. Then I
was bought a ticket and entered the museum. I want to discuss about pottery and
bamboo craft. So, I went to the second floor of the museum and saw many
pottery and bamboo craft. And collect Information about this thing. I also took
some picture personally though taking picture are not allowed. After visiting the
museum I went to the Doel Chattar. Infront of Sishu academy where I founded
some shop of utensil which were made of soil and bamboo. I talked with the
seller and ask him about many thing. And get information about his product. I
took some picture here also. After collecting information I returned home by
bus. Thus I contributed within our team
C. Digital skill
We were using internet to get some information about Handicraft. We were not
eligible to get some information .so, we find it in internet. We had watched some
video on youtube about handicraft to get more information. And also we use
some new technology to our presentation slide.

D. Finance
1. I was went to the museum by Uber bike. Which costs 200 taka.
2. Entry ticket of national Museum is 20 taka
3. After visiting the museum me and my friend drink lemon juice which costs 20
taka
4. I went to the doel chattar by rickshaw. I gave 30 taka to the rickshawpullar
5 .And after finished all of my field work. I returned home by bus. Which costs 30
taka.

E. pros and cons

Pros:
 A handmade crafts business focuses on a hobby you are already very
passionate about.

 Materials are available

 Costs is not much high

 You can work from home, anytime that it's convenient for you.

 There are a number of options for selling your crafts online.

 You can easily change and add to your product line.

Cons:
 It can be challenging to find the perfect niche market and target audience
 Your products have to be of exceptional quality.
 It can take a lot of time to create your craft and fulfill orders.
So, All over we leant about many things from this field trip. And it will be very
important for us in future .It was a great experience.
