    Me: Hi, nice to meet you.
    Client: Nice to meet you, too, Leonardo.
    M: Do you want to see the house?
    C: Sure.
    M: Well, this is the first floor, you can see the living room and the kitchen.
    C: Mm, I don´t like that they are connected.
    M: That isn’t a problem, we can build a dry wall to separate the two places without
    taking much space.
    C: Could we do it if a buy the house?
    M: Of course, we can talk about the modifications and include them in the contract.
    C: That sounds great.
    M: Let’s go upstairs. There are two bedrooms and a bathroom.
    C: I really like the size of this bedroom!
    M: I know, it has lots of space. There is also a big window on the wall.
    C: Yes, it is very useful and it has a vista of the neighborhood.
    M: Besides it is a good neighborhood. Do you like the house?
    C: Yes, I do. But I want to know will I be able to make more modifications later?
    M: If you follow the procedures, you will be able to change what you want.
    C: That sounds great.
    M: Do you want to start with the papers?
    C: Yes, thank you.
