JUN

1. Write the names of pupils/students and other important information in the Modified SF1 worksheet. JUL
2. Click "June" button to access its sheet. And type the dates in the appropriate cells. AUG
3. Hide unused rows so that they will not appear in the final printout. You can unhide them anytime if you need to.
4. Indicate the day in the appropriate cell before checking the attendance of pupils/students. Computation will only take SEPplace if the day is specified.
5. (IMPORTANT) Type "E" to the appropriate cell to indicate entry of pupil/student during the first school-week of June.OCT
6. When checking the attendance, leave the cell BLANK if the pupil/student is present.
7. To work on the form for the succeeding months, you must choose the appropriate tab/button and repeat Steps 3 & 4.

8. For late enrollee (LE) or transferee-in (T/I), mark "-" to the cells before LE or T/E to indicate school days where he/she hadn't arrived yet.
