Online Based Solution for Tutor Booking System Utilizing SMS

Notification (Tutors on the go).

II. Systems Overview/Area of Investigation

The Online Based Solution for Tutor Booking System Utilizing SMS

Notification (Tutors on the go) was develop to automate the manual process of

finding tutors around Virac, Catanduanes.

It is a web-based booking of tutor and notify the tutor with SMS

notification if someone booked her/him.The parents and tutors may use the

system through the use of internet.

III. Scope and Limitations

The system is focusing under the vicinity of Virac, Catanduanes. With

that, a tutor can register to this system as long as she/he lived around the

Municipality of Virac, Catanduanes. In addition, this system is for the use of the

parent having children who are from toddler up to primary level.

 IV. Significance of the Study

The development of this study will give systematic and manageable

booking. The system saves the manual process time which will help the parents

to do the booking efficiently. Moreover, the tutor who will register to the system

may have the chance to be known and to have more students to teach.

V. Target Uers/ Benificiaries

The Parents, Tutors, Pupils, Teachers and Future Researchers.
