For the past several months since the COVID-19 outbreak, our company is
experiencing financial difficulties and excess capacity in our dressing plant due
to the decline in sales orders. We have struggled in order to improve our sales
and explored other options to retain all our employees. Unfortunately, our efforts
have been unsuccessful.
After reviewing and considering all our options, the management has
concluded that we must retrench approximately _________ (___) employees in
order to ensure the financial stability of the company. We regret to inform you
that you are among those whose employment will be terminated effective on
