Starting in September and continuing through 2021, UPS will make big changes to deliver Human Resources support in a more modern way. One of the most significant changes is the introduction of Workday, an H.R. system used by nearly half of Fortune 100 companies. It will make it easier for management to pull and consolidate reports, and it will give them direct access to information they need to run their operation or department—hierarchy, number of open positions, emergency contacts, etc. To give UPSers 24-hour access to support, UPS is centralizing H.R. information on the myHR site area on UPSers.com. A new H.R. Support Center (call center) and other technologies will provide expanded access and convenience. UPS is also updating internal processes to create a more consistent H.R. experience for UPSers around the globe, regardless of location or business unit.
