    For value received, I hereby unconditionally promise to pay C’EST LA VIE


    EVENT MANAGEMENT INC. the principal amount of Fifty-Four Thousand
    Six Hundred Sixty-Six Pesos and Sixty-Six Centavos (PHP 54,666.66)* over
    Twenty-Four (24) equal installments of Two Thousand Two Hundred
    Seventy-Seven Pesos and Seventy-Eight Centavos (PHP 2,277.78) payable as
    follows:
    Every 15th and 30th of the Month
    All payments shall be made at 230 Narra Street, Marikina Heights, Marikina
    City (CLV Office) thru salary deduction.
