1. Assessment is a prerequisite on learning. This is used in identifying what instruction


should be given next. This isn't that important for some students but to others it is
necessary. It could help a lot in the learning process. It is used in modifying the student’s
ideas to pinpoint what will be the starting subject then. It is helpful in identifying the
learner’s concept without giving the subject in advance. It could tell on which concepts
should be cleared before they learn more. This could also help in avoiding misconception
and misperception of something given. A thorough assessment leads into a thorough
outcome. Pre-assessment is important for both students and teachers. Students will be
able to determine what they know and what they don’t know. Teachers will determine
instructions to be use and in order to make themselves prepared before the lesson.
Knowing student’s knowledge will let the teacher present the new topic that appropriate
to their level. Assessment is part of students learning as well as for teachers in teaching.

2. Learning alone for some is more convenient than being with the others. They find it
uncomfortable studying at the midst of crowd and they believe that they learn more that
way. They're not aware what's good in learning with other learners. Sometimes problems
and tasks are more easily solved or accomplished by a group of people working together
than by an individual tackling them alone. Often, you will find that talking out ideas with
others helps you think more clearly, just as your response to other people's ideas can help
them organize their thoughts. Some test questions require you not only to locate
information in a passage but also to apply it. You may have to put information in
categories to identify which is which, compare and contrast, or determine causes and
effects. Hence there are still teachers who want their students to learn independently.
some teachers only give a topic, others tell a tricky story, and some just give a problem
and solution it’s in the students to find out how did it come out with that kind of answer.
Yet students learn more when they are indulging especially when they are engaged and
enjoying. Their Creativity runs too fast when they're enjoying while learning. The result
may not be definite but it is quite certain. In reality, talking in front and telling your
students without letting them experience is just like wasting time talking for them to have
something to forget.

3. In life, there are things that we considered important to us but we didn’t realize how
much of them were actually just a part of our lives. We use to count things which is not
really imperative such as properties, money, cars and any other things which is not worth
count. And there are things that is worth counting for like love, respect, faith or even
health. These things are actually important. Some people may want to spent their time
with family and friends, these precious moment needs to be counted and remembered.
Some people may want to spend the rest of their lives making money without enjoying
his/her life. We need money to sustain our daily needs but letting your money control
your life is not a good thing.

4. Some people are measuring what things they have achieved and valuing how they
achieved it. When it comes to assessment, we often value things that we can measure
such as the result of a tests or quizzes. They measure their intelligence through numbers
but they’re not valuing the effort and hard work put into their learning. It’s important to
note that this isn’t just about the grade, it is also about the knowledge gained by the
students and the exerted effort by the teachers. If we keep on measuring how well they
have mastered something and then comparing them with others, we are not valuing their
ability to learn. It’s important to remember that there are many different ways of
measuring intelligence not only in terms of grades or test results.

5. When your goal in life is to achieve your dream, you don't just watch it over and wait till
it falls into what you have picture. Things won't work accordingly on how you want it to
be when you won't work hard for it. You may fall down for a lot of times but you should
learn how to get up then fight and work again for your dreams. One should be dauntless
and strong not just physically but also mentally for it won't work when your mind is set
differently unlike your body. Never let someone's failure be your model, it will drag you
down and beset your goal. Let someone’s criticisms on you be heard and take it
positively then make it as your scheme to succeed. Along your way there will always be
someone who'll try to knock you down on your knees, trying to step on your foot and
says you won't make it because they have been into it also. That your just on your way
forth yet they are on their way back already. They might pursue you that they did knew
everything and where your heading too. That time when your persuaded enough that’s
when you'll know your greatest hindrance will be. You might think negatively and then
be frightened to do anything, especially when you failed things they have also failed to do
so. Despite of this tricky thoughts in your mind you should never forget your goal and
dreams, think that you might have experienced the same failure but it doesn't mean that
you'll have the same fate. Make it as your stepping stone to bear good fruit soon. It is our
actions and decisions that will shape the way we will be living in the future. Do
everything whatever it takes that the future self of your will thank you for.
