CALL FOR ABSTRACTS:

1STSRU REGIONAL WORKSHOP (WESTERN CHAPTER) 2018.

The organizing committee of the 1stSRU Regional workshop (Western Chapter) 2018 invites all

interested:- Radiographers, Imaging Technologists and Sonographers to submit oral abstracts.

We are looking for submissions that highlight new and unique scientific methods from areas of

Medical Imaging presented with a practical approach and experiences.

We welcome special presentations which focus on the theme: “IMAGING OF NON-TRAUMATIC

EMERGENCIES OF CHEST & ABDOMEN.”

We can kick start from hear:

CHEST CASES: Pulmonary Embolism, Aortic Dissection, Acute Coronary Syndrome, Spontaneous

Pneumothorax, Acute Pulmonary Oedema, Pneumonia, Paediatric Foreign Body aspiration etc.

ABDOMINAL CASES: AAA, Acute Cholecystitis, Acute Pancreatitis, Acute Appendicitis,

Bowel Obstruction, Acute Sigmoid Diverticulitis, Bowel Perforation, Acute Mesenteric Ischemia,

Renal colic, Acute pyelonephritis etc.

All abstracts will be reviewed by the scientific program committee and assigned to the appropriate

session for oral presentations.
