While approaching a case study-based question, aspirants should take care
of these aspects
 Facts of the case: In this highlight the facts that are mentioned in the
case, so that a quick summary of the case is ready for reference while
ethically analysing the case.
 Stakeholders of the case: In this highlight the various
persons/parties that are involved in the case. Preferably you should
divide the stake holders into different categories like primary
stakeholders and other stakeholders or direct stake holders and
indirect stakeholders.
 Values involved in the case: Discuss the Ethical values that are
involved in the case. Preferably you should divide the values into
primary values and ancillary values.
 Ethical Dilemmas involved in the case: Highlight the various
ethical paradoxes, ethical dilemmas or moral questions/conflicts
involved in the case
 Scholars and ethical ideas that can be used in the case: Highlight
the various ethical thoughts like deontological ethics, virtue ethics,
consequentialist ethics etc that can be used in the case to defend
the steps prescribed in the case study answer. Write the names of
the moral thinkers and ethical leaders whose ideas can be
incorporated in the case like Gandhi, Kant, J.S. Mill etc.
 The Merits and Demerits of the steps (if asked) should be clearly
highlighted. Moral thoughts and scholarly ideas should be used to
