Theme Subscription

All our premium themes comes with initial 1 year of Subscription. This means that you can
download the updates and get private support forum access till 1 year of purchase date. But
after one year, you will need to renew your subscription in order to continue downloading
updates and get private support forum access. But this subscription has nothing to do with the
usages of the theme to your site. You can use it in your site as long as you want it without
renewing your subscription.

Warranty

Our themes are guaranteed to run on the latest stable version of WordPress. We cannot
guarantee they will function with all 3rd party components, plugins or web browsers. We
reserves the right to reject support requests for problems that occur after theme files have been
modified or third party plugins have been installed.

Theme Support

Theme Support is about helping you to install, configure and tweak your theme, and make small
modifications to make the theme better suited to your needs. It is not about making heavy
customizations or creating additional features. Furthermore we don’t offer support for
WordPress itself, nor do we provide support for any third-party plugins you might choose to use
with your theme. You should NOT expect customization for functionality not already provided
within your theme.

We will check the support forums usually every workday (Monday through Friday), and
sometimes on weekends. But please do not expect to get a reply on Saturday and Sunday.
Please keep in mind that due to the time difference instant support may not be possible. We will
try to reply to your questions normally within 24 hours during the support times.

Theme Compatibility

It is our duty to always keep the themes up-to-date and working with the latest version of
WordPress. Our themes are developed and fine-tuned for WordPress 4.1 or higher, any version
prior to that may have problems with some theme functionality. The minimal requirement for our
products is the same as WordPress, which is currently PHP 5.2 and MySQL 5.0 (requirements).

Price Changes

"Digital Market" reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue,
