Current parts in the following table are no longer used. You should take necessary action for the parts according to the action column
of current parts.

The cost settlement should be made in the form of the "KOFT SPARE PARTS CLAIM APPLICATION FOR PARTS LETTERS" within 1 months
after the date of this parts letter.

Current part(s) might include part number(s) for which a Parts Letter have already been issued.
KLTD will not receive applications for those part number.

7.COMMENT:
If the column "action" indicates "Scrap", please provide the evidence of scrap parts issued by Scrap Agent together with the picture
which show the parts are not able to use again. And you are kindly requested to file the evidences and the picture for 7 years from the
issue date of parts letter, and to provide it to us within 2 weeks upon request.
