Read more about the managerial roles Mintzberg

identifies. Evaluate yourself and pick a role that fit you

the most.

Then, explain.
Managerial skills may be classified as conceptual, human,
and technical.

There’s still roles that fit me in Managerial roles that Mintzberg

identified. But for me, being a leader fits me the most. Especially
now in our society full of negativity and hopelessness. My passion
for lifting other people up, helping, guiding, supporting them with
their problems. Put a spark in my heart that gave me purpose in
this world. Yet I still have many things to learn and to do. My role
for being a leader is not that good yet. I’m still in the learning
progress. I still need to improve over and over again. Then fail
over and over again in order to be successful. Because failure is
the first step to success yet the greatest way to start. Mistakes are
the source where we get experience. Acknowledging my
ignorance is what will give me knowledge. We’re all just ordinary
and average but that doesn’t mean you can’t improve and make
your life better.
Managerial skills that I already have but not that already great are
conceptual and human skills. I can think many other ways to solve
a specific problem but I always choose the good solution or
effective solution. Life is like a poker. You get to choose great
cards some don’t get good ones. But the winner is not considered
because they already had great cards. But it’s on the choices we
make. Same thing goes with life. Make a good choice for every
solution on your problems. From there you will achieve better. My
human skills are in touch but still need improvement. Making a
good friends from a people you don’t know is a good way to start
or practice. Because human skills can only be developed overtime
by interacting socially. For me, Technical skills can be gained
through experience. By learning how to be better. I’m still not
halfway there because my journey for life is just starting.
