Treasury Manager Reporting to : Finance and Planning Senior Manager

Work Location : Jakarta

Job Responsibilities
 Review and prepare periodic update and implement cash management policy and procedures
to keep the policy and procedures in line with current DSLNG business practices and
regulations.
 Regularly review cash forecast and deliver actual cash flow (incoming and outgoing) in order
to maintain cash sufficiency to support the company operations.
 Achieve and monitor the process of issuing cash call according to set procedures including
but not limited to Disbursement Request of Subordinated Shareholders Loan or Senior Loan
Facilities to ensure timely cash inflow for smooth operations.
 Maintain, implement and enhance policy and procedures for the loan administration of
Subordinated Shareholders Loan and Senior Loan Facilities including the covenants check,
representations and warranties check, reports to lenders, interest calculation, principal and
fees to maintain the policy and procedures align with current business objectives, practices
and regulations.
 Maintain, implement and enhance foreign exchange and hedging policy and procedures to
minimize company’s exposure in the foreign transaction fluctuation and to secure the cash
availability.
 Coordinate and lead all activities and communications with internal parties and shareholders,
sponsors and lenders to fulfill all parties’ requirements under Finance Documents,
Subordinated Shareholders Loan and all applicable laws and regulations.

Job Qualifications
 Minimum Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting and Economics.
 Minimum of 10 years of relevant working experience in treasury or banking business,
preferably in oil and gas industry.
 Possess advanced understanding of Loan Administration and Cash Management.

Contract Base (one year for initial stage with subject to permanent)
