JOB DESCRIPTION
UAE Exchange is a global leader in money remittance worldwide, with direct operations spanning six continents and over
three decades of outstanding customer service. Owing to growing operations in the UK, the organisation, with its’
headquarters in Central London and presence all over London, is currently seeking Service Officers for its Manchester and
London branches.

The Service Officer will be expected to:

1. Greet the customers and welcome them when the customers enter the branches.
2. Assist customers face to face and execute customer requests and transactions.
3. To effectively handle customer enquiries (over phone and in person).
4. Processing of Remittance, Foreign currency exchange and Gold Loan
5. Collecting customer suggestion forms.

Skills Required:
1. Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
2. Excellent computer skills
3. 1- 3 years of customer service experience preferably in financial industry
4. Ability to multi task and take responsibility in challenging situation
