Delegate Declaration of Consent, Part I:

my full participation in the Algeria MUN conference which is an educational
program organized by E.U.R.L MOUBADARAT EL DJAZAIR. During this
event, pictures will be taken and there will be video and audio recordings. It is
planned to use the pictures of persons obtained during this event in several
ways. “Pictures of persons” in the sense of this conference are photographs
and video recordings which will make the participants individually identifiable.

These pictures of persons are intended for -the internet presence of the
Algeria MUN, the press and public relations of Algeria MUN.

Documentation of the event in terms of pictures, audio and video recordings

(which may also be used in local press releases) and will be compiled and
made accessible to the public (eg on facebook, the homepage, during a
presentation of the project, etc.). Moreover, the public release will include
pictures of the conference in which individual persons may be identifiable. The
recordings will only be used in the context of the conference and may not be
used for any other purposes.

I hereby consent to the use of the pictures of persons in the way that has been
outlined by this declaration of consent. This granting of rights does not involve
any compensation.

will be fully responsible to arrange successful participation during the entire
duration of the conference. I confirm that I have paid the conference fees, I also

During the entire course of the conference, the “Rules of Procedure” are to be
upheld by every participant. All participants are personally responsible for any
unlawful behavior. Such behavior will lead to the immediate exclusion of the
participant from the conference as well as any future events hosted by the
Algeria MUN. Moreover, such behavior may be subject to criminal persecution.
In this case participant has to leave the conference early due to sickness or a
violation of the “Rules of Procedure” of the conference or the violation of Public
laws.

Nations Program and those authorized by E.U.R.L Moubadarat El Djazair to
interview, videotape and photograph you at Algeria MUN Conference and related
sessions. Please review this consent form, signed it and send it to us.

hosted by the Algeria Model United Nations program (AMUN), and any related
activities. Furthermore, I consent to the publication, exhibition or reproduction of any
such interview material, photographs or videotapes to be used for public relations,
news articles or telecasts, education, advertising, inclusion on the Algeria MUN
communication channels, fundraising or any other Algeria MUN purposes.
