“Isolated Yet United – Acclimatizing to the new normal ”

We hope everyone is staying safe and strong during this unprecedented situation.

Last couple of months have been really tough for all of us. We have witnessed changes in the way we
see things, interact and engage with our teams and customers and it is really admirable how our
associates are blending with the new normal.

D&I team in India is running a program “Isolated Yet United” to help our associates feel engaged and
inclusive in these difficult times. The aim of this program is to unite all the associates while being
isolated due to lockdown and keep them positively motivated. The program witnessed a very good
participation from all our associates. Associates captured and shared various pictures and videos of
current set up of workstation at home , Work from Home selfies, Health tips, workout pictures and
videos, Throwback pictures, Fun moments with family during Lockdown , pictures of Paintings done by
them etc.. Many associates discovered their hidden talent with this initiative 😊

D&I team also conducted a session with People Leaders by rolling out ideas on how to manage team
effectively during this pandemic. The ideas revolved around current challenges, risks associated with
isolation, how can leaders model calmness and tempered optimism, demonstrate empathy and
communicate more often to better engage with the teammates.

D & I team has also launched a campaign “ Diversified yet Inclusive ”. Since all of us are working from
home and diversified by work locations , it is important that we connect often virtually to ensure
everyone feels engaged and inclusive. With this campaign we have asked associates to share pictures of
Interactive group activities which helps drive inclusiveness
