Republic Act (RA) 10931 or the Unified
Financial Assistance System for Tertiary
Education Act (UniFAST). TES beneficiaries in
public universities can receive PhP40,
000/year that they can use for books,
transportation, supplies, room and board
fees and other education-related expenses.

Every student wants to become somebody in the

future, yes we are... We obediently go to school
every day to gain knowledge about our chosen
courses. And here comes the blessings, United
Student Financial Assistance System for Tertiary
Education or UNIFAST that provides a subsidy to
the students, and luckily NBCC is one of the
Tertiary school which was the beneficiary of the
said program. These kind of program really helps a
lot to the students. But the main issue is in NBCC
there are thousands of students enrolled but only
few was the beneficiary. How about the others?
They also work hard in the school, they also
performed will but only few enjoyed that subsidy
how about those who are not in the said program,
do they still have a chance to be as one? It is so
unfair, all of the students’ need an assistance in any
other forms it is such a great help for them.
It was so nice to hear that all of the students
will be the beneficiary, hopefully it will come true.
NBCC students are hardworking. A fair treatment
to anybody will make it more meaningful.
