Answer to the question no (1)

We can say that job satisfaction will have its impact on job performance as we can see Gian
Paolo , who is highly satisfied in the job is more involved in his work thereby providing efficient
outcomes.

Three points base on the case and the job attitude:

I. All employees have different levels of job satisfaction, including their motivation to
perform their work and what they get from it. It also includes the comfort, stability and
growth provided by their work. Not all employees are highly satisfied with a particular
job, and it is not necessarily the same person who has job satisfaction in all types of jobs.
This depends on various factors, such as their interest in a particular job, enthusiasm, and
dedication. When individuals are attracted to work, they are more likely to participate and
engage in the work.

II. Job satisfaction do have its influence on citizenship behavior as we can find the Irene Tsc
who is satisfied with the job can have good relations with their teams, she can actively
participate in decision-making situations, she could be able to handle the responsibilities.

III. I think turn over May or may not be affected by job satisfaction. As in the case of Irene
Tsc though she is satisfied with the job she is not paid well. Turnover highly depends
upon the performance involved in the work.

Difference between job attitude and job satisfaction:

Job attitude:
Job attitude is detected organization support, the degree which employee believe that the
organizational values their contribution and it help predict constructive behaviors.

Job satisfaction:
I think job satisfaction purely depends upon the individual’s and their attitude towards their
work. I think it is their individual behavior or culture that influence an individual job satisfaction.

The personality traits which are effective for an introvert or extrovert leaders are;
 Listening skills, an effective leader must have the listening skills whether they are
introverted or extroverted. these skills help them to understand the idea so as to make
rational judgement on the same.
 Agreeableness, leaders must be warm, friendly, and tactful which makes them to have an
optimistic view of human nature and hence get along well with others.
 Focused, leaders require the trait of being focused to avoid any form of distraction in
their plans. this will make them to start a project and successfully execute it without any
problems.
Personality traits based on the case situation.
I. Openness:
From the above case, Ian Cook is said to be an introvert and has a problem facing a large crowd
but is however very open to partner with more extroverted colleagues for presentations which
has enable him to be very innovative and successful in his leadership role. leaders should have
the trait of openness to make them become imaginative try new ideas for success.
II. Agreeableness:
From the above case scenario, all the introvert leaders are depicted as being agreeable which is a
trait that has made them to be friendly and tactful in their administrative duties.
III. Conscientiousness:
From the above case depicts the leaders as being careful and diligent. this is shown in the nature
in which they have succeeded in making their organizations to prosper and sour greater heights.
Explanation:
Basically, a leader can lack one personality trait such as extroversion but still possess the other
four traits which make them to be successful even more than the extrovert leaders. this is because
personality traits are numerous and people possess different traits in their management roles. the
above case scenario is a good example as most leaders mentioned are introverts but very
successful.
Answer to the question no (3)
Errors of using computers as decision making tools:
I. Unable to provide solution to new kind of problems
II. Will not consider human emotion part in decision making
III. Not all problems can be categorized or turned into algorithm
IV. There will be significant level of chance in decision making process, some matters will
need multiple aspects to be considered and some matters won’t need that much aspects to
be considers. Computers will make simple problems complex.
Specific problem that Computer will face:
To answer this question, we have to look at what are the core function of a machine or a
computer. In simple words it computes inputs and provides output. For example, if I give a
computer to calculate a cube root of 8-digit number with todays speed it can calculate in just few
micro seconds faster than I can type it a calculator! But it can not make the decision whether to
compute a cube root of 8-digit number or a 7-digit number. Computer needs a set of introduction
work on it. And human being can only provide the instruction. Now comes the most interesting
part for the debate. Futurists will argue about artificial intelligence (AI). Machine learning can
learn previous patterns and take decisions based on previous data module. Some times advance
machine learning can generate new ideas for future, but still such machines are talk of future. At
our current technological advancement AI can make decisions based on previous data module.
Now here is the point of this question. In business a major portion of the problems are unique. In
realistic world repeat ion of problem occurs very rarely. So, without any guideline of a unique
problem, if I ask a computer to show me solution, it wont work! So here is my argument point.
Machines can not give solution to unique problems that have not been occurred yet.
Again, business experts are trying to categorized the repeated problem and using AI to make
decision on these sorts of programs. But for unique problems we still need a human on the chair
to make decisions.

Any four - computer related decision - making errors based on the case situation:
Explanation:
 Lending officers who used to make individualized decisions about credit worthiness
through personal judgment were replaced by computerized and statistical models, which
resulted in mechanistic decision making.
 Some computers are capable of amassing and compiling enormous amounts of data and
using them to spot trends and patterns a human observer would simply never see.
 It is working in collaboration can discuss and question assumptions and conclusions for
decision making.
 Individuals and organizations make choices and take decisions, typically by ranking,
prioritizing or choosing from a number of options that's used for decision - making.
Bonus question answer 1:
