Admission to M Tech / M.Sc. Program Through CCMT/CCMN 2020

Instructions for Special Rounds Institute Reporting

Applicable to Candidates having confirmed the seat for M Tech / M.Sc. Special Rounds Admission
2020-21 Year

Dates for Online Institute Reporting 14th September to 16th September 2020

Documents required – Scan copy of the following documents be sent to the email of respective
persons mentioned below.
1) Provisional Admission Letter (PAL) (to be downloaded by candidate from www.ccmt.nic.in / www.ccmn.in)
(to be downloaded from candidates login), after depositing required fees at CCMT/CCMN.
2) GATE / JAM Score Card.
3) Photo ID Proof as per Govt of India Norms (Copy of Aadhar card is must).
4) Birth Certificate or Class X (SSC) Board Certificate mentioning Date of Birth.
5) Qualifying Examination Degree Certificate.
6) Mark lists of all semesters of qualifying degree of which results are declared.
7) Transfer Certificate / Institute leaving certificate.
8) Mark list of XII Exam.
9) Certificate of Social Category [Caste Certificate] (OBC/SC/ST/EWS) if applicable. Caste Validity Certificate for
Candidates having Caste Certificate issued by Maharastra State. Candidates in OBC category shall bring Non
Creamy Layer Certificate issued on or after 1 st April 2020 as per CCMT-2020 / CCMN-2020 formats.
Candidates not having this valid certificate will not be entertained for the admission process.
10) University Migration Certificate.
11) Course Completion Certificate from the Head of the University/Institute in case result is awaited. Such
candidate shall submit the proof of final B.E/B.Tech./B.Sc./Bachelor Degree results by 15 th November, 2020,
failing which his/her admission stands cancelled.
12) Certificate for Persons with Disabilities (PwD), if applicable , issued by the competent authority.
13) Receipt of Fees paid at CCMT / CCMN.

Note – In case of Original Transfer / Migration Certificate / other certificates is not available during Institute
Reporting, candidates can give an undertaking that they will submit the same by 15 th November, 2020, If the
candidate fails to submit the Original Transfer / Migration Certificate by the 30 th November, 2020, his/her admission
stands cancelled.

Note: Separate instructions will be issued when student will be allowed to visit Institute to attend
their classes physically. At that time Student have visit the Academic Section and submit one set of
self-attested photocopies along with all originals of all the above documents for verification.
