are directed to upload the required documents and fees paid details for admission to
TNNLU for the academic year 2021-22 as follows:

The fees payable for the first year of the programme should be paid on the date of

* Candidates belonging to Tamil Nadu State SC/ST/Converted Christian Scheduled Castes categories and
first generation graduate need not pay tuition fee for admission, since the Government of Tamil Nadu has
instructed that the tuition fee (Rs.1,00,000/-) need not be collected from the Tamil Nadu SC/ST and first
generation graduate students. Therefore, Rs.50,000/- paid towards Counselling Fee to the CLAT
Consortium shall be adjusted towards the candidate’s first installment of Annual fees (excluding tuition
fees) as specified in the above table. The collected excess fees will be refunded.

** In the event of upgradation, the amount paid by the student alone will be transferred to the NLU
concerned.

** All Candidates are informed that the User Charges of Rs.82,000/-(Rupees Eighty two thousand only ) shall
be collected after the campus reopens in proportion to the remaining Academic Year 2021-2022.

10. Community Certificate [for those selected on the basis of the reservations]
11. First Generation Graduate Certificate issued by Government of Tamil Nadu
12. Nativity Certificate / Residence Certificate[for those selected under Tamil Nadu
Residence Category]
13. Disability Certificate for ‘Specially Abled Person (SAP/PWD)’, if selected under
SAP/PWD Category [The Percentage of disability should be at least 40% as
prescribed in the PWD Act]
14. Medical Fitness Certificate [recently obtained from a Government Medical
Officer]

LL.B. (Hons.) and B.Com. LL.B. (Hons.), allotment to the two programmes will be on
the basis of choice-cum-merit. (Please note that even in allocation of seats to the
programmes the reservation policy will be applicable)
