Beside these parameters we have suggested some additional parameters for future scope like

attrition rate due to non-learning environment, number of new product developments as a result
of consumer insights, number of times a document has been referred to from the Knowledge
portal, etc included in process parameter, others like promotion due to learning and
development/better performance in people parameter and number of intellectual properties
obtained in impact parameter. Finally for measuring knowledge points we have framed around
24 key elements and framed KPIs to measure and allocated points based on create, seek, apply
and transform and accordingly individual would be classified as Youngling, Apprentice, knight,
master and grand master based on total average point.
