Brief Description of the Establishment:
This industry process the cultivated tapioca into starch and sago. The tapioca
flour (starch) is employed as a feedstock by industries making products such as
glucose, candy, bread, icecreams, noodles and vermicelli.

Objectives of the study:
Understanding the processing of tapioca and its uses. Getting knowledge about
their export market and how their product quality is checked at each step. Knowing
their waste management.
