SIDCO INTEGRATED “TECHNICAL TEXTILE PARK”

Applications are invited for allotment of Developed Plots in Industrial Park being
developed exclusively for “Technical Textile manufacturing Micro Small Medium
Enterprises(MSMEs)”.

Location : Thandarai
Kancheepuram District, Tamilnadu.
Situated at 8 KM from Chengalpattu on
Chengalpattu-Kalpakkam(SH 58 )

Special features :
 This SIDCO Industrial Park is developed with financial
assistance from Japan International Cooperation Agency
(JICA) and Government of Tamil Nadu.
 Allotment of Industrial plots to MSMEs at subsidized rate.
 This SIDCO Industrial Estate is developed in a land area of
44.30 acres exclusively for the allotment to MSMEs for the
manufacture of textile products.
 Technical Textile is a textile product manufactured for Non-
Aesthetic purposes, where function is the primary criteria and

 Based on the type of individual MSMEs coming up and
their needs, Common Facilities Centre will be created.
Allotment :
 Applications are invited from MSMEs for allotment of
developed plots for setting up textile manufacturing units
for automobile, medical, industrial sectors and other allied
manufacturing units.
 Applicants can apply online at www.tansidco.org.
 Applicants may apply for allotment of developed plots of
required extent/size for their project.
 Allotments are made under outright purchase (or) 30
years lease basis. Applicants may choose method of
allotment.
