Títle: Industry Waste.

Thesis Statement:

Towards the decade of the 1700s the Industrial Revolution emerged as a measure
of progress for a world population that was in an accelerated exponential growth;
During this period, a new technological era was born and, at the same time, the
serious environmental problem that humanity has been facing for years was born;
Each year new companies emerge and with these the increase of their solid, liquid
and gaseous waste is undoubtedly an environmental problem. It is for this reason
that from the field of Industrial Engineering we want to give a good management to
such waste, which is the responsibility of both the general population and the large
companies; As well as in Industrial Engineering, resources are managed,
optimized and regulated before the manufacture of a product, we must also take
into account the use of this waste to convert it again into raw material.

Thesis

The growth of large industries and their production process, have significantly

increased the number of solid, liquid and gaseous wastes, this has caused a strong

impact on both the quality of life of people and nature. Undoubtedly, this is one of

the main issues addressed by different countries today, since we are in a

countdown of the natural resources of our planet that they are coming to an end

and that if we don't do something from now on everything we know will cease to

exist.
It’s well known that the industry generates undesirable by-products that can

become dangerous or non-dangerous for humans and its environment according to

the final provision given to them. From the field of industrial engineering we want to

put our grain of sand to save the planet and the environment through the

implementation of new strategies in each of the companies of the different sectors

of the industry.

As a first we must start by raising awareness among administrative staff and

company employees on the proper management of each of the waste generated in

the different production processes; it will be taught how to make better use of

material and energy resources so that the productivity and competitiveness of

companies is not affected, through the reduction of non-biodegradable materials,

the saving of electric energy promoting the use of renewable energy and the

reduction of water consumption.
