RETAINER AGREEMENT

This agreement is entered into this _____________________in Tuguegarao

City by and between CUMIGAD LAW OFFICES (hereinafter referred to as
the “Law Office”) with address at 2nd Floor J&C Lasam-Villrose Bldg., 10-A
Arellano Street, Ugac Sur Tuguegarao City and MAZAN SECURITY AND
INVESTIGSTION AGENCY with Sunkist Street, Sunshine Valley Homes,
Tuguegarao City City Philippines and represented in this act by its proprietor,
SERGIO MARZAN/VICTORIA MARZAN, (hereinafter referred to as the
"Client");

Witnesseth:

1. For and in consideration of the following fees, the Law Office will represent the
Client in MAZAN SECURITY AND INVESTIGATION AGENCY vs.
LEONARDO TANGARO for “Oral Defamation” and under Article 359 of the
Revised Penal Code docketed as ______________:

Acceptance Fee : P35, 000

Initiatory Pleading Fee : WAIVED
Appearance Fee : P2, 000 (per hearing)

2. All out of pocket expenses such as filing and legal fees, mailing, photocopying of
documents and other shall be on the account of the client.

3. Agreement is limited and exclusively covers only the case aforementioned.

4. It is hereby understood that Client has the right to terminate the services of the
Law office anytime subject to the payment of the aforementioned fees.
