strength:

If I were to select any strength that is more attractive for the organization to improve its IFE
score, I would choose “revenue growth annualized rate of 19.1% per year (2016)”.

I would choose this because it makes the difference of 0.3 to the result and is greater than other
differences if to improve the IFE score the rating is improved and increased to 4. This is the
strength that is having importance more than all the other ones that are having low rating. So by
working on this one strength and by improving its rating we will have effective result and up to
the maximum we could improve the IFE score.

 Weighted score when rating was 1=0.10

 Weighted score when rating was 4=0.4
 Difference=0.3

Weakness:

If I were to select any one weakness that is more attractive for the organization to improve its
IFE score, I would choose “focus on training programs is very low”.

I would choose this because it makes the difference of 0.3 to the result and is greater than other
differences if to improve the IFE score the rating is improved and increased to 4. This is the
weakness that is having importance more than all the other ones that are having low rating. So by
working on this one weakness and by improving its rating we will have effective result and up to
the maximum we could improve the IFE score.

greatly” so EFE after effective use of opportunity identified will be

EFE score after:

=IFE score before + (STRENGTH weighted score before-STRENGTH weighted score after)

=2.56-0.3

=2.26
So EFE Score will be 2.26
