Training Instruction Information Template

Rationale These templates support the approach used on one project for the production
of the training instruction information. Two documents convey the
instruction information:

 Instructors Guide
Which the instructor uses to conduct the training
 Participants Guide
Which the trainees use as a guide to the instruction

Instructors Guide The trainers use a template to produce the instructors guide information for
each lesson. Please customize the template to meet your organizations
standards and the specifications you need for your purpose and use

Lesson Introduction
Provide a brief introduction to the lesson: The lesson is a deeper look into
one of the newer degree programs Full Sail University offers – Cloud
Technology. The degree will be explored as well as what students can expect
to encounter during their studies and how they can prepare for enrollment.

Purpose of Lesson
State purpose of the lesson: To train outreach staff and personnel on the
degree that most are not aware of.

Objective of Lesson
State objective of lesson: To provide staff with a resource to pull from when
prospective students inquire about Cloud Technology and how it fits in with
Full Sail.

Be sure to indicate importance of training.

Ask participants if they have any immediate questions.

Content of Lesson
Review points to be discussed: Description of program, industry outlook and
job offerings, misconceptions, course expectations, advice for preparation,
student portfolio project examples, videos showcasing a day in the life of an
employee who works in cloud technology and how cloud technology relates
to entertainment and media.

Participants Guide The Participants Guide consists of a Course Introduction and Lesson
Instruction. A sample illustrates the format and content of the Course
Introduction information. This sample can be used as a template if
customized for a particular project. The trainers use the Participants Guide
template to prepare the participants information for each lesson. Please
customize the template to meet your organizations standards and the
specifications you need for your purpose and use.

Next-to-last Topic: Ideal student, what to expect in class, and ways
