Tips for improving SELF-ESTEEM/ development of self esteem
 Have a Good Hygiene and work out regularly.
 2.Don’t always try to please others.
 Be your own person.
 Avoid negative people and negative thoughts.
 Face your fears and learn from failures.
 Start from within.
 Don’t worry about being ‘perfect’.
 Learn to appreciate yourself.
 Stop comparing yourself to others.

Your self-esteem is made up of all the experiences and interpersonal relationships
you’ve had in your life. Everyone you’ve ever met has added to or taken away
from how you see yourself!
Importance of self-esteem
Self-esteem is like that, except it is yourself that you love, care for and feel proud
of. When children believe they are valuable and important, they take good care of
themselves. They make good decisions about themselves which enhance their
value rather than break it down.
