We are starting the Year End Performance Appraisal process. The major aspects of this process are
to assess the
Quantitative performance
Qualitative performance and
Behavioral aspects of individuals contributing in the team towards the organization.
The focus remains on measuring the performance of the employee, to assess his / her potential
and to plan their further career growth.
APPRAISEE should fill the Excel sheet Year-End Performance
TIMELINE Evaluation form & send it to the direct reporting
manager(APPRAISER).If you are a manager or above, prepare the
APPRAISEE
power point deck in addition to the excel form and present it to
(4th -11th March) your superior.
APPRAISEE should fill the 360o Feedback from for your colleagues
and superiors. Send the feedback forms to the supervisor of the
employee for whom feedback is provided.
Ratings will be finalized and Bonus will be declared for all eligible employees by March 27th and will
be paid in the March 2020 payroll.
*Year End Performance review forms criteria-: Date of joining of the employee must be on or before
31st December,2019 and the appraisal will happen as per accomplishments in the project and the
work conduct based on job tenure in the organization.
