JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
 Pre-formulation and compatibility studies
 Reference Product characterization.
 Conduct stability studies as per ICH guidelines along with compilation and evaluation of
stability data.
 Formulation Development of Various dosage forms such as Tablets (Immediate,
Delayed Release, Bilayared tablets) Capsules (soft gel) and oral solution.
 Literature search including Patents, Journals, Official websites and books etc.
 Execution of trial batches and compilation of same.
  Optimization of formula, Process Optimization Trials, Feasibility and Validation batches,
Forced degradation, stability studies and execution at scale up level.
 Preparation of necessary documents required for scale-up and exhibit batches viz.
Master Manufacturing Formula Record, Stability Protocol, sampling Plan Technology
Transfer Document etc and checking Batch Manufacturing Records.
 Execution of scale-up batches at production plant.
 Interact with different departments (ADL, RA, IPR, PDL and purchase) for smooth
running of product development process.
 Product development report preparation and regulatory authority query response
