400Kv Nagothane s/s under 400 KV R.S.O&M Division, Nagothane
Reference: Ref:- 1) Addl.EE/M/400KV/RS/NGTN/TECH/61 dt.23.05.19

The undersigned is pleased to inform that your offer has been accepted by this office. The details are as per
Schedule ‘A’. The acceptance is subject to following terms and condition

1) Value of order:- As detailed in Schedule "A" the value of the order is limited to Rs. 1,43,016/- including
GST.
2) Delivery Period:- 30 days from the issue of the work order.
3) Payment:- On completion of job the bill should be submitted to the incharge of the substation who will
submit the certified bill to the concerned Executive Engineer. The payment will be effected by this office
within reasonable limit.

4) Agreement Bond: - Agreement to be executed on stamp paper of Rs. 500/-at your cost in prescribed
format & should be submitted within 7 days from the receipt of the order

5) Please furnish your PAN No. Regd. No. and EPF No. for verification of EPF which is remitted to EPF
Commissioner for employees engaged on work and copy of challan under which EPF payment affected for
last month. Otherwise no payment will be effected by this office.
6) The taxes will be deducted as per the Govt. rule.

if accepted to the above terms and conditions please communicate your acceptance of order within 7 days
from the date of receipt of this order. Otherwise it will presume that the order has been accepted by you.
