Plan 1, the introductory plan, it is simplified to eliminate errors. The goal is to enter a state of
normal ketosis, which in a person with normal habits happens only before breakfast. Water, tea
and coffee (not better this week without sweeteners) are not limited.
Recipes on it are not allowed to remove the goodies that interfere with assessing the real need
for energy, while leaving a normal feeling of hunger. The combination of products, however, is
allowed, but from the dishes - only green salads with very fat dressings: LOT of sour cream and
vegetable oils.
Many regret that the appetite disappears. This is a sign of breaking their food addiction. Hunger
remains and the amount of allowed food is not limited.
PLAN 1
All day you can eat any products with a ketogenicity above 2. In the evening you can eat a salad
with a ketogenicity above 2, choose those recipes that are based on leafy greens. Examples

Caution with these products. They look like ketogenic ones and some have really ketogenicity
close to 2. But lower on the list, ketogenicity drops to 1.5, this is possible on some more
advanced plans, but not on the first one!
