Follow the steps to adjust gray：Set it lighter to consume less power.

1. Press SET button, Switch on the scanner, The printer will show“PRESS SET BUTTON TO
SET”, release button
2. Press SET button again，till it shows“4 PRESS LF TO SET GRAY”on the printing paper
3. Press LF Button，it will show“GRAY=X” on the paper，the bigger of figure, the darker of
the printing, the darkest is 12. Set it to lower to consume less power.
4. Press SET button to confirm the darkness，start the scanner with new setting of darkness.
Follow the steps to set printer speed：Set it lower to consume less power.
1. Press Set Button, switch the scanner, it will show “ PRESS SET BUTTON TO SET”
Release the button
2. Press SET button again till it shows“5 PRESS LF TO SET SPEED”
3. Press LF button, it will show“SPEED：X” on the paper ，it can be set to “LOW”、
“HIGH”、
or “MEDIUM”
4. Press SET to confirm，restart the scanner with new setting.
