Subject : Necessary Steps When Mechatro-controller
Is Changed.
Applicable Area : All
Applicable Model : All new model (SK200-8, SK210-8, SK330-8, SK350-8)

When mechatro-controller is changed. Controller tuning is necessary such as ABC adjustment.

Since default setting for language in controller is Japanese at this moment, this procedure is prepared.
Following this procedure, select a language at first then take tuning procedure.

Setting is complete.

Note: Before tuning, heat hydraulic oil up to 50℃. Switch off A/C.
Note: For immediate cancellation, switch off engine key.

2,8 ABC Tuning 1, Firstly key OFF position. Then

press MODE plus key ON position,
hold the above for 5 sec. READY
press for 5 seconds.
Screen change to power adjustment. First display is READY.

* All new By "up" or "down "switch, screen FIN

changes to another display.

From second time.

2, Press "enter" key for, Gap adj
2-1 models with stepping motor,
screen changes into space adjustment.

2-2 models with ECU controller,
START ENG
screen changes into possible engine start.

3, Start engine.
MEMORY ENG
Press "enter" key,
display shows "engine adj" FINISH ENG
it starts auto adjustment.
MEMORY PUMP
After unload valve tuning, auto adjustment
finishes. and returns to original screen. FINISH PUMP

Adjustment lasts 4 minutes.

2 ADJ UNLOAD
When tuning failed, screen shows,
 A Failure at Engine adj => Engine adj fail MEMORY UNLOAD
 B Failure at Pump adj =>Pump adj fail.
 C Failure at Unload valve adj =>Unload valve adj fail.
Any case fix a failure then tune again. FINISH UNLOAD

4, After adjustment is completed,

8 Lever operation.
FAILED
Lower the attachment on ground and release RELEASE
all pressure in motoro and cylinders by lever
operation.
When failed, Fail Press will show.
9 Finish by Key switch OFF position in either case
succeeded or failed.
