Planning the career path at such a young age is somehow predictable from any individual however, a

fulfilling life at work doesn’t depend on whether it has been followed or not. Having a rewarding career
is possible through the following reasons: first, have a work- life balance boundaries firmly and second is
to have the passion for the job. These reasons were discussed below.

Setting and maintaining work- life boundaries can be daunting task, especially for people early in their
careers. It is important, however, to establish the borders early on and stick to them. Failure to
delineate work from personal life can be exhausting and tiring and will lead to being burned out. Finish
everything that has to be done in the office then when at home, empty the bucket of things about work.

In addition, passion for work will set the attitude at work as well as the attitude to work. As a result, this
helps to align the attitude with work, career goals regardless of the challenges. Love for work will spur
someone to seek personal development and training opportunities to enhance one’s skills which will
positively impacts performance and results. Lastly, passion for work will enable acceleration of abilities
and the mind set needed to accept and win over all obstacles with creative solutions.

In conclusion, whatever plans a person has for his career, it is important that it is flexible enough for the
challenges to be surmounted. Having a pleasing work life is attainable as long as there is heart and
limitations for everything.
