At occupied TRI101D-3 and set up a call, TRI101D-3 RxLev and RxQual were good.

When the car was moving, the RxLev of TRI101D-3 became worse and worse.
After TRI101D-3 handover to TRI203D-1, but TRI203D-3 is better. not using it

After TRI203D-1 handover to TRI203-3, RxLev and RxQual were good

Description of the case:


MS moved from east to west, it occupied TRI101D-3 and set up a call. When the car was moving,
the RxLev of TRI101D-3 became worse and worse.
Analysis of the case:
According to DT result, this area should be covered by TRI101D-3 and TRI203D-3. TRI203D-
3 Better than it, but it was not used in time. So it’s handover not timely lead to bad signal in
this area. We want the TRI203D-3 coverage in the road.
Solution:
We will modify the parameter optimize and adjust tile this area:

When the car was moving, handover to TRI103D-3,the RxLev became bad.
When the car was moving, the RxLev and Rxqual of TRI483D-1 became worse and worse.

Description of the case:


MS moved from south to north, it occupied TRI877D-3 and set up a call. When the car was
moving, handover to TRI483D-1, the RxLev and Rxqual of TRI483D-1 became worse and worse.
Analysis of the case:
According to DT result, this area should be covered by TRI877D-3,so need put up tilt to
enhance this area coverage.
Solution:
1. Adjust the antenna tilt for TRI877D-3 from 3° to 1°, the antenna azimuth from 55° to 50°.
Action:
1. Adjust the antenna tilt for TRI877D-3 from 3° to 1°, the antenna azimuth from 55° to 50°.

After the handover to TRI184D-3, the TRI184D-3 RxQual and RxLev were good.

Description of the case:


MS moved from south to north, it occupied TRI143D-1 and set up a call. At the beginning it was
normal, when the car was moving, the RxLev and RxQual became worse and worse, handover to
TRI184D-2 RxLev and RxQual became worse and worse.
Analysis of the case:
According to DT result, this area should be covered by TRI143D-1 and TRI184D-2,so need
put up tilt to enhance this area coverage.
Solution:
We will modify the parameter optimize this area:
1. Adjust the antenna tilt for TRI184D-2 from 2° to 1°, the antenna azimuth from 135° to
155°.
2. Adjust the antenna tilt for TRI143D-1 from -4° to 0°. the antenna azimuth from 0° to 15°.
Action:
1. Adjust the antenna tilt for TRI184D-2 from 2° to 1°, the antenna azimuth from 135° to
155°.
2. Adjust the antenna tilt for TRI143D-1 from -4° to 0°. the antenna azimuth from 0° to 15°.
Test after optimization:

When the car was moving, exception handover to TRI032D-3 RxLev and RxQual became worse and worse. And finally handover to

TRI032-2

End of the call. when the idle state,TRI032D-2 RxLev was bad.

Description of the case:


MS moved from west to east, it occupied TRI032D-2 and set up a call. At the beginning it was
normal. When the car was moving, RxLev became worse and worse.
Analysis of the case:
According to DT result, we found the current location in the figure should not covered by
TRI032D-3. That sector serving for the reverse side lead to weak coverage. This area should
be covered by TRI032D-2,so need put up tilt to enhance this area coverage
Solution:
We will modify the parameter optimize this area:
1. First healthy check and environment check for TRI032
2. If solution”1” is no, then adjust TRI032D-2/ TRI032D-3 to TRI028-2 NCellLayer 2-1。
3. Adjust the antenna tilt for TRI032D-2 from 1° to 3°.
Action:
1. If solution”1” is no, then adjust TRI032D-2/ TRI032D-3 to TRI028-2 NCellLayer 2-1。
2. Adjust the antenna tilt for TRI032D-2 from 1° to 3°.

2.2.1.5 TRI268D-3 Weak Coverage

At occupied TRI268-1 and set up a call, when the car was moving. RxLev and RxQual became worse and worse

After the handover to TRI268D-3, TRI268D-3 RxLev and RxQual became worse and worse.
After three secondsthe TRI268D-3 handover to TRI268-3, due to the bad signal, the call dropped.

Description of the case:


MS moved from east to west, it occupied TRI268-1 and set up a call, when the car was moving.
RxLev and RxQual became worse and worse. Due to the bad signal, the call dropped.
Analysis of the case:
According to DT result, there overall coverage is very weak and the dense houses blocked the
signals lead to weak coverage We're trying to improve the situation here by optimizing
TRI169D-2 and TRI629D-3.
Solution:
We will modify the parameter optimize this area:
1. TRI268-1 to TRI169-2 RxLevMin 24-15。
2. Adjust the antenna tilt of TRI169D-2 to 0°.
3. Adjust the antenna tilt for TRI629D-3 from 3° to 0°. antenna azimuth from 250° to 220°.
Action:
1. TRI268-1 to TRI169-2 RxLevMin 24-15。
2. Adjust the antenna tilt of TRI169D-2 to 0°.
3. Adjust the antenna tilt for TRI629D-3 from 4° to 1°. antenna azimuth from 240° to 220°.

After the TRI169D-1 handover to TRI291-2, RxLev and RxQual were good.

Description of the case:


MS moved from south to north, it occupied TRI169D-1 and set up a call, when the car was
moving. RxLev and RxQual became worse and worse. After the TRI169D-1 handover to TRI291-2,
RxLev and RxQual were good.
Analysis of the case:
According to DT result, this area we found TRI 169D-1 RxLev was weak coverage in this area.
TRI291-2 Better than it, but it was not used in time. So it’s handover not timely lead to bad
signal in this area. We want the TRI291-2 coverage in the road.
Solution:
We will modify the parameter optimize and adjust tile this area:
1. Modify TRI169D-1 to TRI291-2 HoUILevThs 7-15, HoDILevThs 15-22.
2. Add P1800 frequency band cell device to the original TRI291.
Action:
1. Modify TRI169D-1 to TRI291-2 HoUILevThs 7-15, HoDILevThs 15-22.
Test after optimization:

2.2.2.1 TRI714D-1 Bad Rxqual

3 Better than it, but it was not used in time. So it’s handover not timely lead to bad signal in
this area. We want the TRI140D-3 coverage in the road.
Solution:
We will modify the parameter optimize and adjust tile this area:
1. Modify TRI714D-1 to TRI140D-3 HoMarginPbgt 28-26.
2. Adjust the antenna tilt of TRI140D-3 to 0°.
Action:
1. Modify TRI714D-1 to TRI140D-3 HoMarginPbgt 28-26.
2. Adjust the antenna tilt of TRI140D-3 from 6° to 3°.

When the car was moving, the RSCP became worse and worse.
There were main cell coverage that was weak, No strongest signal.

Description of the case:


MS move from west to east, it occupied TRI009W-3, RSCP was about -85dBm and Ec/No was
about -7dB. At the beginning it was normal. When the car was moving, the RSCP and Ec/No of
TRI009W-3 became worse.
Analysis of the case:
According the DT result, there are no strong signals in this area . TRI009W is the nearest site, this
area should be covered by TRI009W-3,so need put up tilt to enhance this area coverage.
Solution:
1. Adjust the antenna azimuth for TRI009W-3 from 210° to 220°, antenna tilt to 2°.
Action:
1. Adjust the antenna azimuth for TRI009W-3 from 210° to 220°, antenna tilt to 0°.

MS move from north to south, it occupied TRI030W-4, RSCP was about -86dBm and Ec/No was
about -13.5dB. When the car was moving, the RSCP and Ec/No became worse and worse.
Analysis of the case:
According the DT result, there were many neighbor cells. The Ec/No and RSCP weak coverage,
this area was previously covered by the TRI093W, After the TRI093W is removed, 3G signal
gets worse nearby. we need to enhance TRI030W-4 to cover this area.
Solution:
1. Adjust the antenna azimuth for TRI030W-4 from 25° to 45°.
2. Adjust the antenna tilt for TRI030W-4 from 4° to 2°.
3. Restore the original TRI093. (LON: 13.13284°, LAT: 32.8721°).

Action:
1. Adjust the antenna azimuth for TRI030W-4 from 25° to 45°.
2. Adjust the antenna tilt for TRI030W-4 from 4° to 1°.

became worse.
Analysis of the case:
According the DT result, there were many neighbor cells, The Ec/No and RSCP weak coverage, we
need to enhance TRI877W-3 to cover this area.
Solution:
1. Adjust the antenna tilt for TRI877W-3 from 3° to 1°, the antenna azimuth from 55° to 50°.
Action:
1. Adjust the antenna tilt for TRI877W-3 from 3° to 1°, the antenna azimuth from 55° to 50°.

MS move from west to east, it occupied TRI097W-3, RSCP was about -90dBm and Ec/No was
about -7dB. When the car was moving, after TRI097W-3 handover to TRI425W-3/TRI184W-3
RSCP became worse and worse.
Analysis of the case:
According the DT result, there were many neighbor cells, The Ec/No and RSCP weak coverage, we
need to enhance TRI425W-3 to cover this area.
Solution:
1. Adjust the antenna tilt for TRI425W-3 from 6° to 2°, the antenna azimuth from 260° to 270°.
Action:
1. Adjust the antenna tilt for TRI425W-3 from 4° to 0°, the antenna azimuth from 310° to 270°.
Test after optimization:

Description of the case:


MS move from west to east, it occupied TRI032W-3, RSCP was about -80dBm and Ec/No was
about -7dB. When the car was moving, ECNO and RSCP became worse and worse.
Analysis of the case:
According the DT result, both RSCP and ECNO were both getting bad. TRI169W-1 Better than it,
but it was not used in time. So it’s handover not timely lead to bad signal in this area. We want the
TRI169W-1 and TRI032W-3 coverage in the road.
Solution:
1. Adjust the antenna tilt for TRI032W-3 from 6° to 2°.
2. Adjust the antenna tilt for TRI169W-1 from 6° to 4°.
3. Check the TRI032W-3, TRI169W-1, handover relationship between, modify handover
parameters, reduce handover delay.
Action:
1. Adjust the antenna tilt for TRI169W-1 from 6° to 1°.
2. Adjust the antenna tilt for TRI032W-3 from 6° to 2°.

MS occupaied the TRI090L-2, RSRP and SINR was goog, but FTP Download speed 7 Mbit/s, ti is no good.

When the car was moving, download speed became worse and worse.
After TRI011L-3 handover to TRI621L-2, the Download speed become lower and lower.

Description of the case:


MS move from south to north, it occupied TRI090L-2, RSRP was about -96dBm and SINR was
about 4dB. Download speed 7 Mbit/s. When the car was moving, the Download speed became
worse and worse.
Analysis of the case:
According the DT result, there overall coverage is very weak and the dense houses blocked the
signals lead to weak coverage. And TRI090L-2/TRI723L-2 was MOD 3Inter-Cell Interference.
Solution:
1. Adjust the antenna tilt for TRI723L-2 from 2° to 0°, the antenna azimuth from 130° to 95°.
2. Adjust the Down tilt of TRI090L-2 from 5° to 2°.
3. Parameters change: TRI090L-3 PCI change to 451, TRI090L-2 PCI change to 452.
Action:
1. Adjust the antenna tilt for TRI723L-2 from 3° to 5°, the antenna azimuth from 130° to 115°.
2. Adjust the Down tilt of TRI090L-2 from 6° to 2°.
3. Parameters change: TRI090L-3 PCI change to 451, TRI090L-2 PCI change to 452.
Test after optimization:

MS occupaied the TRI009L-2, FTP Download speed 13 Mbit/s, ti is good.


When the car was moving, handover to TRI621L-2, the download speed became worse and worse.

Description of the case:


MS move from west to east, it occupied TRI009L-2, RSRP was about -91dBm and SINR was about
15dB. Download speed 13Mbit/s. When the car was moving, handover to TRI621L-2, the
download speed became worse and worse.
Analysis of the case:
According the DT result, the overall coverage is very weak and there is no mainly coverage cell,
distant sites do not cover well here. This area was previously covered by the TRI422L-1, After
the TRI422L is removed, 4G signal gets worse nearby.
Solution:
1. Restore the original TRI422L. (LON: 13.14178°, LAT: 32.87493°)
2. Adjust the antenna tilt for TRI090L-3 from -4° to 0°, the antenna azimuth from 260° to 270°.
Action:
1. Adjust the antenna tilt for TRI090L-3 from -4° to 0°, the antenna azimuth from 260° to 270°.

After TRI627 UBR, TRI627W/L-1 and TRI627W/L-3 cross. Need engineering rectification but no
access to get in this site because of owner issue recently.

8.2 Promote the opening of new sites.

Build the following sites as soon as possible to enhance 4G network coverage: TRI093L,
TRI633L, TRI291L, TRI032L, TRI422L.
