ENTERTAINMENT

There are many different kinds of entertainment. If you like plays, you can go to the
theatre. You can buy a ticket, or a season ticket at the booking office, and you can choose
from different performances, such as comedies, or tragedies.
Another form of entertainment is cinema. People who like films often go there.
Nowadays in multiplex cinemas there are more films on a day, and they start at different
times. Cinemas are more popular among the young than theatres these days. You can see
different types of films: comedies, romantic comedies, dramas, thrillers, horror,- or adventure
films, etc.
If you like music, you can go to a concert, for example: pop, rock, classical, funky,
etc.
When you don’t want to go out, you can have a good time at home, as well. You can watch
TV, and choose programmes in connection with your interests, read a book or newspapers,
(you can borrow books from the library), listen to music, play cards or board games with your
friends or your family.
