    Hello Parker,

    I have received a report that you were confronted by college staff for violating COVID-19
    Community Standards. I understand that you were cooperative when confronted and complied
    with their request and that is greatly appreciated.

    Know that we take this very seriously as should you. This will stand as a written warning. Any
    additional violations will result in sanctions which will range from probation to
    suspension. Please properly wear your mask and distance when outside of your residence hall
    room i.e. hall lounge.
