Well, I’m here. I arrived safely at my new home away from home after a long and
tired/tiring day. On the plane, I got really annoyed / annoying because that kid
behind me kept kicking the back of my seat. His mother was embarrassed /
embarrassing by his behavior, but she didn’t do much about it. Then, while I was
waiting for a bus, a charmed / charming man told me how nice I looked. I felt
flattered / flattering but concerned / concerning for my safety. Then he asked me
for money. I said no, but that experience was bewildered / bewildering. I’m relieved
/ relieving to finally be here in the student dorm.
My dorm room looks relaxed / relaxing. My roommate, Sophia, put interested /
interesting pictures on the wall. Sophia is active in a lot of things, and I think she
