EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR CONSULTANCY SERVICES OF SMALL DAM IN

MERGED DISTRICT OF KHYBER PAKHTUNKHWA

Technical & Financial proposals are invited for the Consultancy Services “Review/Updation of
Design & Construction Supervision of Baz Ali Small Dam District Kurram” Khyber Pakhtunkhwa
from National/International Engineering Consulting Firms / Joint Venture, having experience in
Water & Dam related projects and also having License /registration with Pakistan Engineering
Council (PEC) in the relevant category & Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. The TOR for assignment/Consultancy Services can be collected on payment of Rs.5000/-
from the office of the undersigned, on any working day up to 16/06/2020.
2. The ratio for the Technical & Financial weightage will be 80:20 and the proposals will be
evaluated in with criteria of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Rules for Goods,
Works & Services 2014.
3. The interested Consulting Firms may obtain further details / information regarding the
proposed Consultancy Service on any working day from the office of the undersigned.
4. Pre Bid meeting will be held in the office of the undersigned on 17/06/2020 at 02:30
PM.
5. The Technical Proposals shall be submitted in two (02) copies each and the Financial
Proposals shall be submitted in one (01) copy each ( in sealed cover) to reach the office
of undersigned, not later than closing of office hours on 24/06/2020.
6. Proposals received after due date & time will not be entertained.
7. The Competent Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any / all the technical /
financial proposals after assigning cogent reason there-to.
